Shipping Materials
It is our policy at ‘We are Nutrified’ to use minimal plastic and single use packaging solutions. We vow to provide your orders in recyclable packaging or repurposed materials such as secondary use plastic jiffy bags.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). We ship via Royal Mail standard shipping, typically items will be delivered within 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days during busy times before raising a concern with our Customer Support Team.
Delivery Processing
All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your goods are in stock at the time of the order, your goods will usually be with you in three to five working days.
If you place your order and it is processed before 3pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Please note that although we send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance we cannot refund carriage charges levied. If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Please note that We are Nutrified staff work Monday-Friday. We do not work on weekends and bank holidays but your product will be dispatched the next working day.
