Returns

If you would like to return an item that you have received please follow the instructions below:

Fill in the return information on your dispatch note. This is the piece of paper that you received with the item. Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging and unopened. If the product packaging is opened, then we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Pack your item and enclose the completed dispatch note for identification. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders without the original dispatch note. You can return the parcel to our warehouse using any courier you choose. Please return to the following address:

Please note that all parcels that need returning are to be done at your own expense using your preferred courier. We advise using a tracked service to ensure that your returned parcel reaches us. We are unable to refund any lost parcels by your chosen carrier. At this time we are unable to offer collection of your goods or create a prepaid returns label on your behalf.

Any return that are not paid for will not arrive with us and we will be unable to refund. 

Refunds

Your return items will be inspected by our Customer Support Team. If the product packaging is undamaged and unopened then we can accept and fully refund the price of the products. This will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow 7 working days from us receiving your item in order to receive a refund.

If the products have been opened and used, we will be unable to grant you a refund.
